• Delivery time within Cairo & Giza: 3–4 business days.
• Delivery time for other governorates: 5–6 business days.
• Shipping fees are confirmed with the customer upon order completion.
• Shipping is handled through trusted courier services or our own delivery representatives.
• In case of order rejection or failure to receive the shipment, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Exchange & refund policy:

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 3 days from the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and without any damage.
• Exchange or return is not applicable in the following cases:
The product has been used or damaged
Any scratches or changes in the product condition
More than 3 days have passed since delivery
• In case of a manufacturing defect, the item can be exchanged at no additional cost.
• The customer is responsible for shipping fees in cases of exchange or return, unless the product has a defect.
• Refunds are available in case of returns, with shipping fees deducted.
